Many years ago Sam Kassing set up an evening where guys who were interested in vocational ministry prepared a 20-30 minute sermon to preach to our Elders and those who are a little further down the road in ministry as well as anyone else who was interested in attending. After each sermon, we gave encouraging feedback as well as advice on improving. Today we continue this practice.
